Why has my Active Directory failed connectivity test?


hi,

i have been having lot of trouble active directory on windows server 2012 r2.  i ran dcdiag , showed failed test connectivity.  i ran on actual server ad being hosted.  i can ping domain , receive ipv4 replies server , client machines.  i have been going round in circles past few days , can't seem find resolution.  the output dcdiag on server shown below:

doing initial required tests

   testing server: default-first-site-name\dbkb4c92
      starting test: connectivity
         the host f9008c03-1537-412a-a81e-e3ce6efbbf45._msdcs.mydomain.com
         could not resolved ip address. check dns server, dhcp,
         server name, etc.
         got error while checking ldap , rpc connectivity. please check your
         firewall settings.

glad issue got resolved.
