How do i transfer the users and OU in a domain .com to another .local

my boss had me create company's domain .com before typing browser. found out domain resolvable online  told change .local. he'll have me change .ng when md arrives i'd appreciate if shows me how transfer ou's , users( i've typed phone numbers , email addresses 50 people) file b4 dcpromo , create .local domain

if forest/domain functional level windows servre 2003 or higher can use domain rename procedure or create complete new forest , use admt:

if use exchange higher 2003 domain rename not supported. please give information installed services/applications in domain maybe have influence on this.
