get error when install printer driver on a fresh install Windows server 2008

please first check following points.
1. try install printer driver local administrator account.
2. issue occur when installing other printer on windows server 2008? please install printer build-in driver isolate 3rd party printer driver issue.
3. try install driver in clean boot mode prevent third party program conflict issue.
4. when issue began occur. did coincide special events, such installation of printer drivers or printers? did work before?

let's disable startup items , third party services when booting. method determine if issue caused loading program or service. please perform following steps:
1. click "start", go "run", , type "msconfig" (without quotation marks) in open box start system configuration utility.
2. click "services" tab, check "hide microsoft services" box , click "disable all" (if not gray).
3. click "startup" tab, click "disable all" , click "ok".
4. click "ok" restart computer selective startup environment.
5. when "system configuration utility" window appears, please check "don't show message or launch system configuration utility when windows starts" box , click ok.
6. check whether or not issue still appears in environment.
note: temporarily disabling startup group prevents startup programs loading @ startup. shouldn't affect system or other programs. may still manually run these programs later.
does work?
if problem continues, tell me exact model of problematic printer?
meanwhile, please collect mpsreport windows server 2008.
1. download proper mps report tool website below.
microsoft product support reports
2. double-click run it, if requirement not met, please follow wizard download , install them. after that, click next, when "select diagnostics want run" page appears, select "general", “internet , networking”, “business networks”, “server components”, click next.
3. after collecting log files, choose "save results", choose folder save <computername>mpsreports.cab file.
use windows live skydrive (http://www.skydrive.live.com/) upload file , give me download address.
