WSUS 3.2 client not listing & administration error

hi everyone,

recently have installed wsus version: 3.2.7600.226 on windows server 2003,which domain controller.i have windows xp client connected server,which works in domain-client relation.wsus installed fine after facing other issue.

issue 1.  i can't access wsus administration windows through internet explorer.when access http://servername:8530.it getting error "no permission access webpage.i have checked permission.it fine.

issue 2. client computers not showing in computers list in wsus administration console.

what problem..help pls..

while installing wsus,it asked me option for creating wsus website , has 2 options, 1 "we can use default website in iis" or "create separate website wsus port 8530 , have chosen second option".
okay.
i did't make changes in client os.
good.
but make changed in domain group policy , enabled gp objects.
okay. did confirm group policy changes received , applied client system(s)?
also pointed wsus server location there.
where?

i suggest perhaps should wsus documentation microsoft site. starters, ensure have latest version available. (they revised 2 months ago; version cited out of date.)

in step #3 of guide, 2/3 of way through section, you'll find paragraph:

 

to start wsus administration console

  • to start wsus administration console, click start, point all programs, point administrative tools, , click windows server update services 3.0.

Failed to query the results of bpa xpath

0x300000d errors in Microsoft Remote Desktop client

we use rd connect home users office. @ server side remote desktop gateway configured on 2008r2 server. experience following:   for years worked fine, starting last year users apple macbook experienced connection errors after new version of microsoft remote desktop in app store , automatic update. after couple of weeks error disappaered when new updates released. since 6 8 weeks problem again. because don’t have macbook cannot reproduce problem.   starting couple of weeks samsung s6 experiencing problems, here version 8.1.37.135 installed, error displayed is: can’t connect tot remote pc because remote desktop gateway server temporaraily unavailable. try connecting later or contact network administrator assistance. error code  0x300000d   because has worked fine years expect issues on client can configuration error on gateway server.   who pin point real cause?   however, testing other rd gateway server works ok settings identically....
