i7-2600k & Virtualization

i new system , can't quite figure out if should i7-2600k or i7-2600. understand main 'disadvantage' of 2600k not support vpro, vt-d , txt. use win7 might have 'server apps' running dynamics crm 2011 on virtual win server 2008, run virtualbox, etc. development purposes , not deployment. need care vpro, vt-d , txt this?

also want system quiet possible. have dedicated gpu hope in cases run on built-in graphics. in cases stuff on adobe ps/premier, website design, etc. care in regard?

thanks replies. did @ these comparisons before. reason post figure out if should care vpro, vt-d , txt scenarios listed.

vpro seems security/theft not care desktop @ home.

txt seems related drm don't have worry/care either.

that leaves vt-d seems apply scenario. understand support not widespread how in 1-2 years (i plan keep desktop @ least 3-4 years become relevant).

i hope clarifies question bit more.
