i need increase licensing cal server log on. have 2 rdp sessions available need increase 3 sessions. can done? if so, how done?

i suggest call ms licensing issue regarding license. call (800) 426-9400 monday through friday, 6:00 5:30 pm pacific standard time (http://www.microsoft.com/licensing/contact-us.aspx)

ms give rigth use 2 rdp license administrative purpose on server. if it's server terminal server, need activate licensing service, , active ts's role make work more license. again, licensing team @ ms clarify you! (rds cal, ts cal, etc.. activate on licensing 's server in exemple)

RDS 2012 r2 collections show black screen and then close

greetings,   have deployed 2 server 2012 r2 rds session collections (each 2 rdsh servers, , both going through same gateway/broker server), , during testing had no issues, rolled production, our users have been experiencing black screens when attempting log in, , remote desktop window closes (no actual login performed).   seems happen intermittently, , on both collections @ different times.  thought had solved disabling use of udp in rdp clients, wasn't permanent fix.   looking @ event log of 1 of affected servers, there seems event id 36 generated @ every logon attempt following message: an error occurred when transitioning csrconnected in response evcsrinitialized.
