"The remote computer (farm name) that you are trying to connect to is redirecting you to (rdsh server name)..." error when adding RDSH server

we have rdsh enviornment 4 rdsh servers , session broker.  all running 2008 r2.  they vms.

early week used vsphere clone 1 of our rdsh servers , bring new 1 online.  i used customization wizard give new dns name , generate new ssid.  something went wrong because when brought online , put on farm people getting "no security trust" error when trying connect.  i took them both off domain , re-joined them both , seemed ok.  but users getting error:

 "this computer can't connect remote computer.

the remote computer (farm name) trying connect redirecting remote computer (rdsh server).  remote desktop connection cannot verifty 2 remote computers belong same farm.  this can occur if there computer on network same name computer trying connect to."

some users have noted after put in credentials on computer (we have credssp enabled) still presented login server , domain defaults using fqdn of single farm computer instead of our domain name.

if have user flush dns cache able connect no issues.

here steps followed when adding server farm (after domain un/re join)

adding dns records new server (one fqdn , 1 farm name)

added new server session broker group on session broker

used rdsh configuration tool on new server add farm , set load balancing weight 100 (like on others).

i've doubled checked dns records , looks fine me... i'm kind of @ loss.

if issue occurs on specific users, please consider clean dns cache on involved users following:

ipconfig /flushdns

in addition, may check following thread discussed issue. hope helps.

Failed to query the results of bpa xpath

0x300000d errors in Microsoft Remote Desktop client

we use rd connect home users office. @ server side remote desktop gateway configured on 2008r2 server. experience following:   for years worked fine, starting last year users apple macbook experienced connection errors after new version of microsoft remote desktop in app store , automatic update. after couple of weeks error disappaered when new updates released. since 6 8 weeks problem again. because don’t have macbook cannot reproduce problem.   starting couple of weeks samsung s6 experiencing problems, here version 8.1.37.135 installed, error displayed is: can’t connect tot remote pc because remote desktop gateway server temporaraily unavailable. try connecting later or contact network administrator assistance. error code  0x300000d   because has worked fine years expect issues on client can configuration error on gateway server.   who pin point real cause?   however, testing other rd gateway server works ok settings identically....
