Physical memory usage to high in SharePoint 2010 Server

hi,

i have same problem in sharepoint server 2010 :14.0.6129.5000

is there common issue with sharepoint 2010 + windows server r2 ? sharepoint server utilize more 70% of memory uses.

so have tried iireset , timer services restart . memery showing 50% of uses have seen . cpu uses 0% 30 % 

server   cpu usge 0 % 50 %  physical memory 70%+ app

server b   cpu usge 0 % 50 %  physical memory 50%+ wfe

server c   cpu usge 0 % 50 %  physical memory 70%+ wfe search index

hey admin guys . please suggest me memory issue.

Failed to query the results of bpa xpath

RDS 2012 r2 collections show black screen and then close

greetings,   have deployed 2 server 2012 r2 rds session collections (each 2 rdsh servers, , both going through same gateway/broker server), , during testing had no issues, rolled production, our users have been experiencing black screens when attempting log in, , remote desktop window closes (no actual login performed).   seems happen intermittently, , on both collections @ different times.  thought had solved disabling use of udp in rdp clients, wasn't permanent fix.   looking @ event log of 1 of affected servers, there seems event id 36 generated @ every logon attempt following message: an error occurred when transitioning csrconnected in response evcsrinitialized.
