hi,

thanks post.

the printer form settings stored in following registry key:

hkey_local_machine\system\currentcontrolset\control\print\forms

in case, create new form , navigate above registry key, need export registry value regarding newly-created form.

please understand form size must fit in defined device setting printer manufacture.

now make bat file import registry file these clients.

hope helps.
