DNS/Group Policy Issue


my organization having issue gpo application possibly caused dns. directory activity seems working fine group policy failing apply on machines , have seen few other oddities (adfs 2.0 webpage not accessible.) issue first noticed on our terminal servers when ever policy refresh attempted. have run dcdiag on each machine , repadmin /showrepl , have found no problems. srv records in place. below example of 1 of events recorded on terminal server:

any ideas why can occur , why on computers?

i apologize not responding sooner.

although not able determine cause of issue, has not returned since rebooting dcs. next day seemed have corrupted profiles in redirected folders our terminal server users. don't know if related dns issue saw, seemed odd happened after. deleted many of profiles , have had no further issues. help!
