Authentication when computer account is in different domain to user acccount


hi guys,

we've got a setup our users login desktops domaina user accounts, , there connect citrix to enumerate applications etc, citrix servers  themselves part of domain b.

this works fine, there external trust between 2 domains.

we have proxy server on domaina controls external internet access, , problem have if of citrix delivered apps require external webpage, users prompted domaina logon & password, though have logged on domaina logon.

i think may fact have logged onto domainb computer (the citrix box), , somehow affects authentication?

thoughts appreaciated!

when refer domain , domain b, these both active directory
domains? trust 1 way or 2 way, , why have used
external trust instead of forest trust, 1 of domains old
nt domain?
