Windows 10 Start Menu issues

in build 10074 1 day not able open windows start menu. few weeks ago. tried few fix's had been posted on internet without luck.

i've upgraded build 10122 , start menu still not open. hoping latest build fix issue.

are there fix's out there resolve issue?

i upgraded 10074 10122, , start menu works fine in 2 versions. please check updates in system , make sure system patched latest windows updates.

you may give try create user account, or restart windows explorer using task manager.

Failed to query the results of bpa xpath

RDS 2012 r2 collections show black screen and then close

greetings,   have deployed 2 server 2012 r2 rds session collections (each 2 rdsh servers, , both going through same gateway/broker server), , during testing had no issues, rolled production, our users have been experiencing black screens when attempting log in, , remote desktop window closes (no actual login performed).   seems happen intermittently, , on both collections @ different times.  thought had solved disabling use of udp in rdp clients, wasn't permanent fix.   looking @ event log of 1 of affected servers, there seems event id 36 generated @ every logon attempt following message: an error occurred when transitioning csrconnected in response evcsrinitialized.
