Using Windows Server 2012 Essentials - Creating a virtual PC running Windows 7

i have lot question, hoping out there able answer it, or @ least part of me.  my situation have centon infinitv 6 turner card, means computer need running 24x7 record tv shows.  which ok, have no problem that.  i have home network computers able access recordings.  i have server software running keep things better organized , able access files , stuff remotely if needed.  this why purchased windows server 2012r2 essentials.  i have not tried install tuner card software on operating system; because windows 7 , 8, think not work. 

what want have windows server 2012r2 essentials running primary operating system.  then create virtual pc run copy of windows 7, , have use turner card have installed on computer.  this first question, there way of doing this?  have read online essentials not support virtual pc’s because not come hyper-v.  is can downloaded or purchased separately microsoft?  i have installed free copy of oracle virtual box, reason not show operating system on 32 bit.  all of software running @ 64 bit.  if can virtual box working, fix issues?

next question, there easy way make copy of current running windows 7 , use create virtual pc running on server?  or have reinstall it, , associated make work correctly?

i guess last question be, there way of using free ssl certificate server operating system?  i have tried few things found online, followed steps youtube video none seem work.  i not sure if worth $70 per year access computer remotely once or twice month.

Failed to query the results of bpa xpath

RDS 2012 r2 collections show black screen and then close

greetings,   have deployed 2 server 2012 r2 rds session collections (each 2 rdsh servers, , both going through same gateway/broker server), , during testing had no issues, rolled production, our users have been experiencing black screens when attempting log in, , remote desktop window closes (no actual login performed).   seems happen intermittently, , on both collections @ different times.  thought had solved disabling use of udp in rdp clients, wasn't permanent fix.   looking @ event log of 1 of affected servers, there seems event id 36 generated @ every logon attempt following message: an error occurred when transitioning csrconnected in response evcsrinitialized.
