Random Slow Logon in RDP (hangs at Applying Personal Settings)

the settings:

windows 2003 r2 x64 servers (dns ok) [hp blade servers]

-> tse servers plenty of users (60/100 in same times)

sometimes, during tse connection on w2k3 servers, logon becomes long (1-5min), hungs on applying personal settings

after reboot on w2k3 server, goes ok.

the problem on tse servers not onto other servers dcs or dhcp...
