hi.

you problem seems this.

reasons issue:

  1. issues diver controllers
  2. automatically reset of bios boot configurations
  3. errors on system disk;
  4. damage or remove of \boot\bcd file;
  5. damaged windows boot image disk

how solve:

1) restore computer , earlier date

2) select right hdd boot list of bios

3) repair boot windows system repair

4) insert boot disk, boot disk , goto system repair , select command line. type there chkdsk c: /f or d: want.

5) bootrec command. same way shown in 4). type there: bootrec.exe /fixmbr later bootrec.exe /fixboot. later bootrec.exe /scanos, later bootrec.exe /rebuilbcd,  click y on each question, recover boot files.

check ways showed above.

RDS 2012 r2 collections show black screen and then close

greetings,   have deployed 2 server 2012 r2 rds session collections (each 2 rdsh servers, , both going through same gateway/broker server), , during testing had no issues, rolled production, our users have been experiencing black screens when attempting log in, , remote desktop window closes (no actual login performed).   seems happen intermittently, , on both collections @ different times.  thought had solved disabling use of udp in rdp clients, wasn't permanent fix.   looking @ event log of 1 of affected servers, there seems event id 36 generated @ every logon attempt following message: an error occurred when transitioning csrconnected in response evcsrinitialized.
