Quite Suddenly, Can No Longer Record or Burn in Media Center


suddenly media center not record.  error messsage reads: recording not scheduled unknown reason. restart media center , try schedule recording again. )  not burn dvds of shows have recorded. 

i have performed system recovery reloading of software came machine twic no avail.  i still able watch tv in media center will not let me record or burn.

any suggestions appreciated.  thank you!
