2008 r2 Remote Desktop Licenses Server - User Cal License Install Problem

after activate remote licensing server [win 2008r2 std ]and try install remote licenses user cals, mistakenly entered retail choice of license program instead of ms volume licensing.  so can't prompt ms volume licensing enter in lic# , auth/serial# , user cal licenses installed.

i have tried removing remote desktop services role , re-entered again trying change licensing program choice....but still comes (retail).

hi,

in rd licensing manager (licmgr.exe), please right-click on server name , choose install licenses.  after wizard opens, click next, select license program dropdown, , then continue wizard.

RDS 2012 r2 collections show black screen and then close

greetings,   have deployed 2 server 2012 r2 rds session collections (each 2 rdsh servers, , both going through same gateway/broker server), , during testing had no issues, rolled production, our users have been experiencing black screens when attempting log in, , remote desktop window closes (no actual login performed).   seems happen intermittently, , on both collections @ different times.  thought had solved disabling use of udp in rdp clients, wasn't permanent fix.   looking @ event log of 1 of affected servers, there seems event id 36 generated @ every logon attempt following message: an error occurred when transitioning csrconnected in response evcsrinitialized.
