VMs with 8 and more CPUs on Xeon E5520

hi all!
i need help.

now have servers configuration:
2x xeon e5520 (quad)
16/24/32 gb ddr3 ecc ht
ms windows 2008 server r2 x 64 std/ent (with current critical updates)

we see 16 cpus on host servers. when create new vm on hyper-v can add 4 cpu.
but need vms more 4 cpu.
what must hardware or software can crate vms 8 or more cpus?

hyper-v has hard maximum limit of 4 logical processors per virtual machine. there no workaround. if need more 4 logical processors, workload not suitable candidate hyper-v. @ point limit may increased, such plans not public knowledge yet.

Failed to query the results of bpa xpath

RDS 2012 r2 collections show black screen and then close

greetings,   have deployed 2 server 2012 r2 rds session collections (each 2 rdsh servers, , both going through same gateway/broker server), , during testing had no issues, rolled production, our users have been experiencing black screens when attempting log in, , remote desktop window closes (no actual login performed).   seems happen intermittently, , on both collections @ different times.  thought had solved disabling use of udp in rdp clients, wasn't permanent fix.   looking @ event log of 1 of affected servers, there seems event id 36 generated @ every logon attempt following message: an error occurred when transitioning csrconnected in response evcsrinitialized.
