Fix a Corrupt Domain User Account Server 2012 R2

hello,

i have user account on our domain acting strange. ive logged in other user accounts on machine , verified working properly. here setup server 2012r2 , exchange 2013 enterprise.

i want keep same username  "example"  domainname\chris  and there email chris@domainname.com

im wanting erase user account totally , recreate user account out erasing there exchange mailbox. im wanting fresh profile person. best way this.

ok, you're not asking user profile. sounds you're planning delete / recreate active directory domain user. if that's case i'd ask in exchange group on best method archive / restore user's email , account info.

Failed to query the results of bpa xpath

RDS 2012 r2 collections show black screen and then close

greetings,   have deployed 2 server 2012 r2 rds session collections (each 2 rdsh servers, , both going through same gateway/broker server), , during testing had no issues, rolled production, our users have been experiencing black screens when attempting log in, , remote desktop window closes (no actual login performed).   seems happen intermittently, , on both collections @ different times.  thought had solved disabling use of udp in rdp clients, wasn't permanent fix.   looking @ event log of 1 of affected servers, there seems event id 36 generated @ every logon attempt following message: an error occurred when transitioning csrconnected in response evcsrinitialized.
