Terminal Server 2k3 printer redirection problem

hello,
i have client 2k3 terminal server allow access accounting company access data. there 4 people in accounting office access terminal server. people have local printers attached workstations. 3 of users can print no problems. 4th cannot print. printer appear using auto connect feature; when send print job printer, shows in queue , goes out if sent printer, no print job appears , there no error messages in terminal server event log.
the printer hp laserjet 4000 attached via lpt1. tried installing printer on terminal server; result same.

any ideas / suggestions appreciated.

what rdc client version on computer? is same version other 3 teams?

if use printers hp (in case, hp4000), uninstall printer drivers on ts , install hp universal print driver series windows .

RDS 2012 r2 collections show black screen and then close

greetings,   have deployed 2 server 2012 r2 rds session collections (each 2 rdsh servers, , both going through same gateway/broker server), , during testing had no issues, rolled production, our users have been experiencing black screens when attempting log in, , remote desktop window closes (no actual login performed).   seems happen intermittently, , on both collections @ different times.  thought had solved disabling use of udp in rdp clients, wasn't permanent fix.   looking @ event log of 1 of affected servers, there seems event id 36 generated @ every logon attempt following message: an error occurred when transitioning csrconnected in response evcsrinitialized.
