Run powershell script as admin through a shortcut

hi have script on file server many of coworkers use. have shortcuts script. i've discovered need run admin. if needed go shortcut's properties , under compatibility force run admin. grayed out reason. 

my question best way run script admin through shortcut? i've started messing runas opens 2 windows , hoping there better way. there need make run admin option on shortcut not grayed out? know can make script start admin through script think open 2 windows well.

right click on shourtcut, select properties, click advanced, check "run administrator"
