Netwrok Driver Problem in Hyper-V

i've installed windows server 2008 enterprise on hp dl380 g5. drivers updated , 100% fine.
i've installed first windows server 2008 in hyper-v, installation went fine network driver problem. in device manager driver icon marked yellow. supposed drivers base os. can tell me problem?

i've added new network adapter legacy adapter , done ... bingo :)

Failed to query the results of bpa xpath

File Server Resource Manager problem - MMC has detected an error in a snap-in and will unload it.
