move file server in DFS


i have older w2k3 file server holds dfs namespace.  i have second dfs server w2k8.  i want move of files new server.  is replication best path or robocopy?  i want attempt seemless possible.  the domain w2k8r2 functional level.  thanks.

you can both. robocopy may bit faster however. here's simple step-by-step guide on how migrate dfs namespace box. see:
