How to Authenticate Wireless clients via Certificate Issued by Third Party CA


i'm looking solution accomplish following:

i want able have wireless client (os doesn't matter) able authenticate network internet access mainly, via certifictate he/she issued corporate ca. 

for example, user comes building his/her laptop (not member of domain) , has corporate certificate installed on machine. want policy in network says, if user has certificate issued corportatex.com, authenticate them.

i want use 2008 i'm open long accomplish this.
