service failed to start unsufficient system resources

lots of services fail start because of errors "insufficient system resources exist complete requested service" , "the system cannot find file specified" , "a thread not created service" , "not enough storage available process command"


services included: volume shadow copy service, windows time service, ipsec policy agent, update services, ....


all these error messages are, think, related same problem can't find whats causing this.


distributedcom given me errors as: unable start dcom server, error "1450".

they appear @ boot time, when manually start them when os booted, every service works fine.


on google found errors related in different circomstances (os booted)

os: 2008r2 patched until end of december 2012.


errors started begin december after batch of windows updates.


sander, looks of events generated because of performance bottleneck. during logon process, there may applications occupying hardware resources , after while releases resources able restart these services. may want disable running unnecessary applications during start-up, may resolve issue.

you want monitor performance during logon , see if application has bottleneck issue.

Failed to query the results of bpa xpath

0x300000d errors in Microsoft Remote Desktop client

we use rd connect home users office. @ server side remote desktop gateway configured on 2008r2 server. experience following:   for years worked fine, starting last year users apple macbook experienced connection errors after new version of microsoft remote desktop in app store , automatic update. after couple of weeks error disappaered when new updates released. since 6 8 weeks problem again. because don’t have macbook cannot reproduce problem.   starting couple of weeks samsung s6 experiencing problems, here version 8.1.37.135 installed, error displayed is: can’t connect tot remote pc because remote desktop gateway server temporaraily unavailable. try connecting later or contact network administrator assistance. error code  0x300000d   because has worked fine years expect issues on client can configuration error on gateway server.   who pin point real cause?   however, testing other rd gateway server works ok settings identically....
