MPR Test Tool - Signed Executable and File Version Inquiry

the following failure occurred in our first time run tool in our web , windows service application:

10. executables installed application signed? fail

list of installers failed signature verification:  c:\xxx windows services\xxx.windowsservice.exe  list of installers passed signature verification:  c:\xxx services\xxx.windowsservice.vshost.exe


since don't have background knowledge signature verification, tried researched , tried 1 of solution signing exe file (xxx.windowsservice.exe) using signtool. exe's signature verified new signature verification errors other dlls (ours , 3rd party) arrised.

i don't know if signing exe , dlls using signtool correct way it. right method? if not can me please. why there dlls affected under other folders?
