Failed AD CS

hello,

i attempting migrate ad cs off server crashed restored backups seems corrupted.

server os: windows server 2008 r2 standard service pack 1

i have been attempting follow guides migration cannot active directory certificate services start , cannot ca database or private key:

when attempting use certification authority mmc snap-in backup ca database:

i receive pop up: ad cs must running during operation. want start ad cs now?

upon clicking ok attempts start service fails with:

object not found. 0x80090011 (-2146893807)

when attempting use certutil.exe perform backup, fails with:

full database backup <servername>\<companyname> root ca.

backing database files: 0%certutil: -backupdb command failed: 0x800706ba <win32: 1722)

certutil: rpc server unavailable.

any suggestions?

did turn off firewall check result?

are sure certificate services service running.  can go services applet , see is started , set automatic.

Failed to query the results of bpa xpath

RDS 2012 r2 collections show black screen and then close

greetings,   have deployed 2 server 2012 r2 rds session collections (each 2 rdsh servers, , both going through same gateway/broker server), , during testing had no issues, rolled production, our users have been experiencing black screens when attempting log in, , remote desktop window closes (no actual login performed).   seems happen intermittently, , on both collections @ different times.  thought had solved disabling use of udp in rdp clients, wasn't permanent fix.   looking @ event log of 1 of affected servers, there seems event id 36 generated @ every logon attempt following message: an error occurred when transitioning csrconnected in response evcsrinitialized.
