DHCP lease lost

my dhcp server 2003 not keep distributed leased address specific scope.
the server dhcp give first free address, not keep leased address database, client send dhcp inform , dhcp server adderss in "bad address".
next take next free address , continue process until find true free address.

we created new dhcp server same subnet of first server , have same problem.
we remove test server domain , connect workgroup , dhcp works fine.
the dhcp authorized , 4 other scopes configured , works fine.

if getting "bad_address" means ip address being used other computer in network. mean distributed leased address ? couldn't problem.

Failed to query the results of bpa xpath

RDS 2012 r2 collections show black screen and then close

greetings,   have deployed 2 server 2012 r2 rds session collections (each 2 rdsh servers, , both going through same gateway/broker server), , during testing had no issues, rolled production, our users have been experiencing black screens when attempting log in, , remote desktop window closes (no actual login performed).   seems happen intermittently, , on both collections @ different times.  thought had solved disabling use of udp in rdp clients, wasn't permanent fix.   looking @ event log of 1 of affected servers, there seems event id 36 generated @ every logon attempt following message: an error occurred when transitioning csrconnected in response evcsrinitialized.
