windows 2008 r2 nlb cluster, support different subnet?

i implement nlb @ 2 different subnet.

is new 2008 r2 support that?

based on understanding ,is mean want distributes incoming client requests among servers in different subnet?

if in case , think can’t implement .because according requirement of nlb ,all hosts in nlb cluster must reside on same subnet.

 

however ,i’m appreciate if describe in more detail want achieve or correct me if misunderstand .
