Unable to create cluster, hangs on forming cluster

 

hi all,

i trying create 2 node cluster on 2 x64 windows server 2008 enterprise edition servers. running setup failover cluster mmc , seems run ok right point snap-in says creating cluster. seems hang on "forming cluster" and message pops saying "the operation taking longer expected". counter comes , when hits 2 minutes wizard cancels , message comes "unable sucessfully cleanup".

the validation runs before start trying create cluster. hardware involved hp eva 6000, 2 dell 2950's

i have included report generated create cluster wizard below , error event log on 1 of machines (the error same on both machines).

is there can give me better indication of happening, can resolve issue or have suggestions me?

i have since tried creating cluster firewall , no success.

i have tried creating node other cluster , did not work either

i tried creating cluster just  single node , did create cluster. not join other node , network name resource did not come online either. below event logs.

the cluster identity 'cluster$' may lack permissions required update object. please work domain administrator ensure cluster identity can update computer objects in domain.

hi all,

i have been able past this. "access computer network" setting under user right assignment changed remove , restrict access machine network. once added nodes able access other servers network, cluster built.

the network name cluster refuses come though.

any suggestions on how resolve welcome.
