Slow download with Windows 2008 Standard Server SP 2 64 bit

hello everyone,

we have problem @ work , noone seems know cause of problem including developers , system admins!! hence last option resolve problem! pls help.

problem :we have windows server (our live intranet server) windows 2008 server standard sp2 ,64 bit os.iis 7.0 running on it. when download pdf file (75 mb) our intranet server takes 2 minutes download long.when download files http request.we have tried resetting iis in order rule out server cache related problem.also, have checked bandwidth allowed on iis , set maximum concurrent connections allowed set maximum. idea why downloading files taking long?? mean should not take 2 minutes download file 75 mb our intranet.the slowness files.

could windows 2008 server standard edition? new features might causing slowness in download? 

note :this server connected core switch , have checked. giga port server connected not have errors or anything.the nic card on server operating @ 1 gbps well.

Failed to query the results of bpa xpath

RDS 2012 r2 collections show black screen and then close

greetings,   have deployed 2 server 2012 r2 rds session collections (each 2 rdsh servers, , both going through same gateway/broker server), , during testing had no issues, rolled production, our users have been experiencing black screens when attempting log in, , remote desktop window closes (no actual login performed).   seems happen intermittently, , on both collections @ different times.  thought had solved disabling use of udp in rdp clients, wasn't permanent fix.   looking @ event log of 1 of affected servers, there seems event id 36 generated @ every logon attempt following message: an error occurred when transitioning csrconnected in response evcsrinitialized.
