Server 2008 x64 SP2 crash

hi guys,
error every night on work server , freezes. no mouse, no keyboard no nothing. have reset every day. causes allot of problems because have 3 hyper-v virtual machines , don't unexpected reboots.

"the open procedure service "wmiaprpl" in dll "c:\windows\system32\wbem\wmiaprpl.dll" failed. performance data service not available. first 4 bytes (dword) of data section contains error code."

i see issue related server crash , if want know root cause of hang issue, need analyze performance log , crash dump file.  suggest contact microsoft customer support service troubleshoot issue efficiently. best resource kind of issues.

Failed to query the results of bpa xpath

RDS 2012 r2 collections show black screen and then close

greetings,   have deployed 2 server 2012 r2 rds session collections (each 2 rdsh servers, , both going through same gateway/broker server), , during testing had no issues, rolled production, our users have been experiencing black screens when attempting log in, , remote desktop window closes (no actual login performed).   seems happen intermittently, , on both collections @ different times.  thought had solved disabling use of udp in rdp clients, wasn't permanent fix.   looking @ event log of 1 of affected servers, there seems event id 36 generated @ every logon attempt following message: an error occurred when transitioning csrconnected in response evcsrinitialized.
