GPO not working

hi
 we have 63 win 2003 r2 dc in our networking , 4800 computers.

the problem have of user gpo's not applying on xp sp2 computers.

this have done far

1 created new internet gpo
2 logon xp pc , gpo not apply run gpo result , force , gpo shows applied.
3 check event log no errors
4 go other xp pc , logon pc same user name , gpo applies
5 log on 3rd xp pc same username , not apply
6 not user have problem
7 of xp pc's test tested logs on same dc
8 recreated user profile same problem
9 random


the thing happened in last 3 months had adrap done microsoft , had make changes domain


also of computer gpo's applies on computers if add new 1 user gpo's

also logon time has go

also have 227 sites in ad , not of them has dc
i have 7 10 user gpo's per user

we use rd connect home users office. @ server side remote desktop gateway configured on 2008r2 server. experience following:   for years worked fine, starting last year users apple macbook experienced connection errors after new version of microsoft remote desktop in app store , automatic update. after couple of weeks error disappaered when new updates released. since 6 8 weeks problem again. because don’t have macbook cannot reproduce problem.   starting couple of weeks samsung s6 experiencing problems, here version 8.1.37.135 installed, error displayed is: can’t connect tot remote pc because remote desktop gateway server temporaraily unavailable. try connecting later or contact network administrator assistance. error code  0x300000d   because has worked fine years expect issues on client can configuration error on gateway server.   who pin point real cause?   however, testing other rd gateway server works ok settings identically....
