disconnect problematic session issue

hello,

i have cases when remoteapp application hangs (windows opens nothing in it). , window cannot closed

1. instruct user right-click remote connection icon in bottom right hand corner , click disconnect.

then try again.

if it's not help:

2. in task manager suggest end mstsc.exe

sometimes helps.

but make work have disconnect user rdsh.

what else done client machine in order eliminate disconnection rdsh?

some command?

hi,

disconnecting , log off user session form client system can run command. can run command “query session” find session id of user. after can run “tsdiscon sessionid” disconnect current session.
