copy and paste local to remote ws03

hi all,

i have customer both ws08 x32 bit sp2 terminal server , ws03 sp2 r2 32 bit terminal server.   users able copy , paste local desktop remote desktop, on ws08 server. 

on ws03 server, have enabled , verified running following services: 1. network dde dsdm 2. network dde 3. clipbook.  there has been around 10 reboots (for other things too) since then.

what doing wrong on ws03 server?

this means speaking, clipboard working in ws03 environment.ws03 ts not support clipboard data formats. may issue in case.

RDS 2012 r2 collections show black screen and then close

greetings,   have deployed 2 server 2012 r2 rds session collections (each 2 rdsh servers, , both going through same gateway/broker server), , during testing had no issues, rolled production, our users have been experiencing black screens when attempting log in, , remote desktop window closes (no actual login performed).   seems happen intermittently, , on both collections @ different times.  thought had solved disabling use of udp in rdp clients, wasn't permanent fix.   looking @ event log of 1 of affected servers, there seems event id 36 generated @ every logon attempt following message: an error occurred when transitioning csrconnected in response evcsrinitialized.
