Windows 2008 R2 SP1 Server Manager issue

windows server 2008 r2  standard sp1

server role:

- ad
- nap

after installing sp1 through windows update can not use server manger.
after debuging see following problem:

  note: refer “options obtaining files” section files required.
  
 for detailed steps, refer following steps:
  
 1. download kb microsoft download center. go http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=19551 link update windows server 2008 r2 x64 edition (kb2467023)  
  
 2. expand package.
 
  assuming downloaded msu package %temp% directory , want expand package c:\targetdir, example, run following command:
  
expand %windir%\temp\windows6.1-kb2467023-x64.msu /f:* c:\targetdir
 
  3. expand cab files same location.
  
expand c:\targetdir\windows6.1-kb2467023-x64.cab /f:* c:\targetdir
  
 all files located in above directory payload files located in specific subdirectories.
  
 occasionally, required file may root package. check above link detailed instructions.
  
 then, move following steps fix error:
  
 4. copy files %windir%\temp\checksur directory of corrupted computer following subdirectory format follows:
  
 all files of type *.mum , *.cat should placed in %windir%\temp\checksur\servicing\packages directory

 all files of type *.manifest should placed in %windir%\temp\checksur\manifests\ directory
   
example:
   
copy c:\targetdir\package_7_for_kb2467023~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.1.1.cat %windir%\temp\checksur\servicing\packages\
copy c:\targetdir\package_7_for_kb2467023~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.1.1.mum %windir%\temp\checksur\servicing\packages\

5. rerun system update readiness tool.
