Win 2008 R2 Virtual Disk Service reports unexpected failure of 45D@02000018

hello. have win 2008 r2 server experiencing problems virtual disk service. looking @ event viewer's system log see numerous error events virtual disk service. of them following string in them: "unexpected failure. error code: 45d@02000018." strangely, computer management application can see 1 san volume exported server, applications having problems seeing volume. know error code means?

our suggestion contact san vendor seems presentation of lun or 1 of luns incorrect

Failed to query the results of bpa xpath

RDS 2012 r2 collections show black screen and then close

greetings,   have deployed 2 server 2012 r2 rds session collections (each 2 rdsh servers, , both going through same gateway/broker server), , during testing had no issues, rolled production, our users have been experiencing black screens when attempting log in, , remote desktop window closes (no actual login performed).   seems happen intermittently, , on both collections @ different times.  thought had solved disabling use of udp in rdp clients, wasn't permanent fix.   looking @ event log of 1 of affected servers, there seems event id 36 generated @ every logon attempt following message: an error occurred when transitioning csrconnected in response evcsrinitialized.
