Windows Server 2016 virtulized on ESXi with OEM license

hi,

regarding oem licensing need clere things up.

we got following setup:
licenses
1 x windows svr std 2016 64bit eng dsp oei dvd 16 core
3 x windows server cal 2016 eng 1pk dsp oei 5 clt user cal
hardware
1 x proliant ml***, xeon e5-2620v4 8 cores, 24gb ram....
1 x vmware vsphere esxi 6.5


able running 2 (2) virtulized machines (for example 1 domain controller , 1 application server) vmware esxi @ 1 physical machine 1 (1) oem license windows server 2016?

we clere stickers, both srv , cals must placed on hardware, , can´t migrate virtual machines new or other hardware oem license.

Failed to query the results of bpa xpath

RDS 2012 r2 collections show black screen and then close

greetings,   have deployed 2 server 2012 r2 rds session collections (each 2 rdsh servers, , both going through same gateway/broker server), , during testing had no issues, rolled production, our users have been experiencing black screens when attempting log in, , remote desktop window closes (no actual login performed).   seems happen intermittently, , on both collections @ different times.  thought had solved disabling use of udp in rdp clients, wasn't permanent fix.   looking @ event log of 1 of affected servers, there seems event id 36 generated @ every logon attempt following message: an error occurred when transitioning csrconnected in response evcsrinitialized.
