Windows Server 2003 Std. SBS Migrate to New Dell Server2003 R2 SP2.


first time posting here , need little guidence.  company migrating old dell 2003 sbs new dell preloaded server 2003 r2 sp2 w/5 cals. raid 1-1 installed.  home work i've been doing checking out utilities , migration tools hearing reports of failure, i'm wondering start , path take.

they running exchange 2 remote desktop connections , 5 mailboxes want move normal pst , setup pop mail hosted off site.

dell advises install , run through open manage server admin., hear ms advise use admt, domain rename tools, file replication service, ms file server migration tool kit or iis kit , resource tools kit.

there seems , endless compliment of methods , wizards/utilitys.

and i'm getting little confused!!!  can find adive me on track here.

based on demand, i'd recommend install windows server 2003 new domain , use admt migrate data old sbs 2003 windows server 2003. process similar described in following kb:
