spanning dual monitors


i running rdc 8.0.28 on mac running qs x 10.10.5.  until have been able span display (completely) across 2 monitors in the  rdc full-screen mode.  instance, possible display excel spreadsheet across both monitors.  however, 2 days ago, display became restricted 1 monitor.  moved in scale mode 1 monitor other or split across both monitors (also in scaled mode), cannot spanned across both monitors in extended form and, in full screen mode, second screen blacked out.  unclear why happened; no settings overtly changed in either os x or rdc.  have tried mission control setting in both shared unshared mode, , number of variations in mac display preferences (default or scaled) , on rdc (resolution: native; start session, scale content, use monitors) no avail.  suggestions welcome, , thank in advance.

personally, not familiar mac.

based on research, please try check or uncheck setting displays have separate spaces under mission control, restart mac system test, since conflict information setting described in these links below:
