user account creation upon connecting to the network

hello technet,

this first time asking question on here, keep in mind please i'm student, pretty inexperienced.

anyhow, i've set small network virtual windows 2012 dc connected through our schools network a static route router, connected acces point.

i've set 2012 server nps server using ap radius client.

this works, can log in ad domain users.

now questions is: there possible way "guests" login on network first time make own ad account , automatically putting accounts in handmade group "guests"?

are want realize when guest computer connect network “appear” in aduc? impossible now, nps design create , enforce organization-wide network access policies client health, connection request authentication, , connection request authorization.
