hi,

after referring post, can understand want restrict access particular xp system connect rds server. there no particular method, here providing workaround try creating group policy. can try is; create 1 group, , add computer\user in (which want restrict). try apply gpo setting “deny logon through remote desktop services” , apply setting group. make sure same user , computer not added in “allow logon through remote desktop services” under below mention path.

gpo_name\computer configuration\windows settings\security settings\local policies\user rights assignment

please refer below article more information.
user rights assignment

apart if using rd gateway can try create rd cap & rap policy , restrict users , groups policy.

1.  understanding authorization policies remote desktop gateway
2.  specify computers users can connect through remote desktop gateway

hope helps!
thanks.
