Server 2012R2 - Already Using TPM Chip - Further Physcial Security


with our server 2008r2 hardware had use 1gb flash drive bitlocker start computer (no tpm chip). bosses scenario in event server stolen, without flash drive use computer.

with new server running server 2012r2 , tpm chip, owners want further security in case server physically stolen , admin password known (he though 3 people know password).  physically stolen unlikely medical records information fear.

solutions please?

i wonder: bitlocker still have flash drive option though there tpm chip?
