Printers undeployed by GPO print management keep reappearing!

i appreciate causing major issues. tried deploying printers via print management terminal servers , didn't work out. many printing defaults not propogate terminal servers , there no known fix. went through steps of undeploying them through print management , let run overnight.

when log on ts', seem start coming in. can delete them they'll reappear when gp updates. cannot rid of them. again, based on computer config, not user config (if makes difference). need know how rid of them permanently please. i've read other forums/threads removing gp/ou entirely cannot assume it's reg key somewhere need delete. know? beg please not redirect me other threads , forums i've spent 35 hours doing , either don't apply or not work.

hi lynnette74,

firstly, please run command gpupdate /force apply gpo settings on  the problematic client. then, please run command gpresult /h > c:\temp\gpresult.html  (“c:\temp\ path of gpresult.html, can set yourself) on problematic client check if gpo configured printers still applies.

in addition, it helpful if you could collect following information:

  1. do clients or clients have issue?
  2. how did you set gpo configured printer?

regards,

lany zhang
