2012R2 F&P Server - Very Slow

hi,

run 2012r2 environment, servers 2012r2 vm's.  hosts 2012r2 (hyper-v) well.

have noticed 2012r2 file server, runs slow, opening, saving etc.  the 2008r2 vm had before has no issues, run windows 7 on domain clients, rest rds users.

other servers appear fine, f&p or server share, performance pretty bad.

thoughts?

you disable vmq (virtual machine queues) on physical host nic advanced settings check

in addition, since environment on hyper-v scenario, suggest discussed in our hyper-v forum.

Failed to query the results of bpa xpath

RDS 2012 r2 collections show black screen and then close

greetings,   have deployed 2 server 2012 r2 rds session collections (each 2 rdsh servers, , both going through same gateway/broker server), , during testing had no issues, rolled production, our users have been experiencing black screens when attempting log in, , remote desktop window closes (no actual login performed).   seems happen intermittently, , on both collections @ different times.  thought had solved disabling use of udp in rdp clients, wasn't permanent fix.   looking @ event log of 1 of affected servers, there seems event id 36 generated @ every logon attempt following message: an error occurred when transitioning csrconnected in response evcsrinitialized.
