Two "How To" Questions

i have couple of general "how to" questions:

1)  how can stop annoying ie pop-up (at bottom of pate) that asks if want save password site?  save passwords in encrypted password vault, not in ie.

2)  need map drive network's public documents folder when user logs on workstation or when log on server.  i've created .bat file "net use" command - which works when manually executed - for each user , saved in the server's netlogon folder.  however don't remember (from 2008 r2) how make execute automagically when user logs on.

i'd grateful any/all this.
