DCOM error event ID 10016

i've reviewed previous postings.  downloaded kb2903989.  i'm stuck when told open command prompt , type mdm.exe /regserver create manchine debut manager entry on server.  error telling me mdm.exe not recognized.  need create entry on server not exist.

i'm running windows 2003 sp2 on server, no iis running on server, , client running xp pro sp2. 

its same error message i've seen in previous posts.  need grant local activation permission com server application clsid 0c0a3666-30c9-11d0-8f20-00805f2cd064.

according kb290398, doesn't belong error 10016, please start with:

please still control settings sure correct, if above applies 2003 sp1.

Failed to query the results of bpa xpath

RDS 2012 r2 collections show black screen and then close

greetings,   have deployed 2 server 2012 r2 rds session collections (each 2 rdsh servers, , both going through same gateway/broker server), , during testing had no issues, rolled production, our users have been experiencing black screens when attempting log in, , remote desktop window closes (no actual login performed).   seems happen intermittently, , on both collections @ different times.  thought had solved disabling use of udp in rdp clients, wasn't permanent fix.   looking @ event log of 1 of affected servers, there seems event id 36 generated @ every logon attempt following message: an error occurred when transitioning csrconnected in response evcsrinitialized.
