Windows Server 2012 R2 Setup

1) free hypervisor can install on windows server 2012 r2

2) considering installed hypervisor on host machine (windows server 2012 r2 *licensed) , want virtualize exchange server 2013 needed installed on windows server 2012 r2... can install my windows server 2012 r2  on virtual machine without problem regarding licensing etc.

note: have 1 installer of windows server 2012 r2 , purchase it. says windows server 2012 r2 sngl olp nl 2 proc

3) how many virtual machine can install on it?

1- if install windows server 2012 r2 standard on physcial server,you can install 2 vm licence.

2- same if install windows server 2012 r2 standard on physcial can install 2 vm licence.

3- windows server 2012 r2 standard on pyhscial 2 vm licence.

RDS 2012 r2 collections show black screen and then close

greetings,   have deployed 2 server 2012 r2 rds session collections (each 2 rdsh servers, , both going through same gateway/broker server), , during testing had no issues, rolled production, our users have been experiencing black screens when attempting log in, , remote desktop window closes (no actual login performed).   seems happen intermittently, , on both collections @ different times.  thought had solved disabling use of udp in rdp clients, wasn't permanent fix.   looking @ event log of 1 of affected servers, there seems event id 36 generated @ every logon attempt following message: an error occurred when transitioning csrconnected in response evcsrinitialized.
