Cannot replace corrupted DLL files

hi

i have been recommeded post query on forum; please don't blame me if wrong place, microsoft forum moderator windows 10 forum told me post here.

i using windows 10 home 64 bit.

i have been having major problems internet connection ever since installation of windows 10 anniversary update, , result of troubleshooting error, using sfc /scannow keeps finding 4 dlls corrupted; gptext; gpedit; fdeploy. , fde.

having found these corrupted files, dism /restorehealth cannot correct them, evne though have downloaded windows 10 iso file proper ms windows 10 website, , converted .esd file .wim file, again using ms-approved conversion software so.

do need these 4 dll files on os?  if so, how can clean new copies of them run on os?  if not, can delete them?  if so, find them?

thanks in advance.

hi neil,
in experience of 4 files, @ least 1 of files group policy editor(gpedit), , gptext may related group policy. if case, files may necessary , can’t deleted.
based on search, files seems located under deep path of windows folder, example of gpedit.dll:

according research of similar problem, many people suggest fix problem reinstalling windows system.
in addition, since question corrupt file on windows client, not relating group policy itself, don’t think forum choice ask here. thank understanding.
best regards,
wendy
