Multiple freezes in Office 2010 with Windows Server 2008 R2 RDS

have serious problem installation of office 2010 on terminal server windows server 2008 r2 sp1. office applications freezing: during 2 or 3 seconds stop responding, , continue working. when freeze happens if users try access office menu can hang office application. if wait quietly in 3 or 4 seconds takes freeze application continue working no problem , no data loose, , had been writing while system freezed written in screen. if not working in office window there no problem, although office applications open. possible access other system applications (ie, notepad...) during freeze.
 aditional problem data:
 - event viewer not show errors of kind, informative messages of various types more or less happy coincidence in time freezes. common "office software protection platform service", @ first thought problem resulting licenses, realized event occurs whenever user opens or closes office application, , long thre many users in server, happens quite often, so, not exclude problem, believe not cause.
 - license type open office 2010 standard , activated. installed using "install application in remote desktop server" option in control panel.
 - event in event viewer coincide freezes "error reporting service" (entered initiated or stopped state) or "service application experience" (entered initiated or stopped state), believe these rather consequence of problem, , not cause, is, system detects strange , launched these services.
 - (very few ones) freezes not agree event @ all.
 - freezes may occur both while writing (an outlook email or word document) or when trying access element of program interface mouse (especially tree outlook folders).
 - in cases (especially produced mouse in use) generates informational event "error reporting service started", , and minute or minute , half, "error reporting service stopped" , leads microcut, not log error. these kind of freezes less frequent.
 - has been discarted local network problem: during freezes access terminal server not lost, , ping server internal network constant , no packets lost.
 - has been discarted proboem resources, since freezes occur 2-3% of cpu consumption, , memory never exceeds 40% of consumption.
 - errors more common @ time of open applications, when can 2 or 3 times in 5 minutes, can occur @ time.

finally solved. problem redirection group policies. making office settings local rds users makes problem disappear.
